Online Reservations - Visit our Availability Page to select the desired room and dates, then you can continue to submit a reservation request. All major credit cards are accepted.
Phone Reservations - Call 207-733-2402. If we happen to miss your call, please leave your name, phone number, and the best time to call.
Add-ons - Picnic or bag lunches and snacks are provided for an extra fee with advance arrangements.
Deposits – Your credit card number will hold your reservation. Reservations will not be held without a credit card number or prepayment by check.
Payments & Charges - Cash or personal check is preferred, and all major credit cards are accepted. A 7% State Tax will be added to your bill.

Check- in time is between 3:00 and 8:00 PM. If you arrive early, your bags can be held on the premises. Please let us know in advance if you require a later check-in time.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you require a later check-out time.
Room Occupancy - All general fees are for two guests. Unless previous arrangements have been made, the maximum number of guests is two in all rooms. An added fee of $45 for each additional guest will be charged.
Cancellation Policy – There is a$25.00 Cancellation Fee. For reservations cancelled within fourteen days prior to arrival, guests are responsible for the full reservation as booked. If the room is subsequently rented, this fee will be waived, minus the $25 cancellation fee per day.
Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. Please ask for the access code.
Smoking Policy - Whiting Bay Bed & Breakfast is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is acceptable outside and away from the house.
Pets Policy - Whiting Bay Bed and Breakfast has a no guest pets' policy. We have two resident beasties, Ben and Clara, who love people, and are not allowed into guest rooms. They are, however, in the common areas of the house. If you are not a dog lover, please let me know in advance, and I will keep them out from underfoot as much as possible when you are in the common areas.
